Need help with WPML multilanguage staticblock menu

Hi, i have question, how can i make multilanguage menu? I use staticblock menu and i want translate to another languages.

Here is screenshots:

Here is my menu in Latvian language: https://snipboard.io/iRruOH.jpg
But when i change language to English i see that: https://snipboard.io/Dk2XZ5.jpg

I use WPML for translate.
