LayerSlider Plugin – Can I delete it?

Can I completely delete LayerSlider Plugin, if I’m not using it? I have tried to delete it, yet I got a warning message that this theme needs it. What for do I need to keep it? Do I have to installLayerSlider again after deleting?

Of course you can delete LayerSlider Plugin if you don’t need it.
