Hello, I am writing to you about 2 things.
1) I had done all the translations on the site with loco translay, but today I updated the topic and the core plugin and all the translations disappeared, I did them again. But how can I avoid the same problem in the future?
2) How to translate the content in the pop-up form for registration and login, in loco I have no untranslated combinations with these words
https://prnt.sc/W4S-dRJb9SMd
and lastly, again the following sentences are not translated
https://prnt.sc/zyIoysPhVnqR
you can see:

I sync many times and it does not work
Hello,
1/ Translation files of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder,
plugins, like core plugin, in /wp-content/languages/plugins folder.
We would recommend doing a backup of all the files before any update.
2/ Translation of XStore Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
3/ Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart page > Empty cart content > edit content of Text tab
Regards
the pop-up registration / login form only makes it difficult for me, everything seems to have been translated, but it doesn’t change
Strings of the pop up come from Core plugin. Use Loco translate plugin and create translation for the Core, or provide temporary wp-admin access and we will help you.

Please, check!
Hello,
1) Never place translation files into the Author directory https://prnt.sc/gZZkroUSx7sp because you will lose your translation after a theme or plugin update. MOve translation files to the System or Custom directory https://recordit.co/Qwy5BKiogY
2) Translate all the missing strings in the XStore core plugin translation files https://recordit.co/pJyHJsB5kp
Check now.
Regards
