XStore Theme Installation Critical Error

Hi there,

I have just tried installing the XStore theme into my WordPress dashboard, but gives a critical error and need to uninstall it.

Do you perhaps know what the problem could be?

Hello,

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look. Also, provide screenshots. You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots.
Have you disabled all 3rd party plugins before XStore theme installation?
Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Hello,

I’ve disabled 3rd party plugins, and installed XStore theme and XStore Core plugin. The site works fine. Please watch this video – https://youtu.be/4n1re0jKorc If you want to Install bundled plugins and demo content. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

If you activate additional plugins and it caused a critical error, contact support of plugin first.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
