THE BREADCRUMB PADDING IS NOT WORKING AND DOESN’T WANT TO EXTEND

Hello,
I tried to increase the padding of the breadcrumb from the default size, but it doesn’t budge, please can someone look into it? I want it to be 400px in height. Screenshot is attached.

Hello,

I changed settings, cleared cache to apply changes and it works https://gyazo.com/b3dce567bb1ddaa207a51c5316ccada3
So, I don’t see any problem with the breadcrumbs padding.
