Hi,
I have uploaded several images to things like products without any issues (some are images over 1mb, some not), but have suddenly started having problems.
For no reason I can think of, out the blue, when I upload images, they are getting significantly compressed. I have tried uploading images at around 1.2mb. Once the image has finished uploading it is being compressed to around 397kb.
I noticed this initially when trying to add an image to a banner, but the problem persists even when using the media uploader.
The compression level is set to ‘None’.
Can you advise?
Thanks
I’ve explored the problem a bit further. The issue was due to the image inserted into the banner requiring the inputting of a width dimension in the banner settings. Once that was done the image resolved clearly.
Thanks anyway.
Hello,
