Instagram feed “Error: There is no media to show”

Hello.
I’ve already looked at related topics on the forum but it doesn’t solve my problem.

After connecting in Xcore and in Elementor to instagram, the following message appears:
“Error: There is no media to show”.

The instagram page is a professional page, I also turned on the facebook page.

I see that you generated personal token. But I suppose your Instagram account type is business. Could you, please, remove the existing tokens and then press Add account button and choose the Business type, not personal?

Try to generate the token now, please. Do you get the Business type or Personal again?

It still doesn’t work. Now the tokens don’t even appear. If you add manually, the error appears: “Instagram did not return a 200”.

Could you, please, add our user (8themes@gmail.com) to the list of the admins of your Instagram account https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1125825714110549?id=420299598837059
? Or temporary share your access to check the issue in more detail. Because looks like there are some problems with the user permissions but we don’t understand where exactly and need to check the settings that you have.
