Hi Sir,
my site negozioanimalionline.it has been using xstore animal for 3-4 weeks.
Recently the site is experiencing slowdowns in the display of both the backend (admin) and the frontend (user).
These slowdowns last about 40-60 seconds and cause the site to be unreachable.
The “unreachability” is also verified through google pagespeed insights https://prnt.sc/8N-ugSPZaRYK
I contacted the server giving the exact times of the blocks.
The technicians found that at those times there were errors generated by the mpc-massive https://prnt.sc/b9mZHJZyMU0U
These blocks are repeated frequently throughout the day.
The inaccessibility of the site is a very serious thing for an e-commerce but it is even more serious because the “unreachability” causes penalties by google and negatively affects indexing.
I tried to disable mpc plugin but it generates errors in the layout of the frontend of the site (mpc plugin code all over the place) and it is not acceptable.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

The situation seemed resolved yesterday. Today i’m working on the site but unfortunately i see that it hasn’t changed. Same problems perhaps even more frequent than before and longer “unreachable” times.

Hi, I apologize for this time of absence.
After several attempts the server technician fixed it by enabling a proxy between nginx and apache requests. I don’t know what this means but that solved it.
