Translation quick view and more traduction

Hi, I use the plugin locotranslate for translate my website but it doesn’t work and I cant see in this plugin some word like
“No products in the cart.” or return to shop ect..
Can you help me please ?

Hello,

Make sure that you placed translation files into the System or Custom directory, not in the Author directory. And make sure that you translated both XStore theme and XStore core plugin and double-check all the missing strings there https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

Provide WP Dashboard access if you did that but it does not help.

I have just checked my settings and my problem persists, even following your video bagshaw50.

I tried on my theme and child theme to be sure but taking the example of quick view or shopping cart nothing happens.

Hello @Jordan,

You need to translate the parent theme only, and do not forget about XStore Core plugin.
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello @Jordan,

We’ve checked translation on your site, it works fine, you just need to find and translate strings manually. For example – https://prnt.sc/31L6QEkvfn0t > https://prnt.sc/j3g5UlKVnp15 and so on. Also, do not forget to clear cache.

I have just a another question, is about the newsletter pop-up, I was disactivated but he work again but I only have an invisible pop up with a cross icon to close.
Can you help me for that please ?
