Please help with the translation of the topic into Spanish, I’m new to this. Thank you
Hello, @Cessar,
Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> XStore >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> XStore-Core >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Note:
1. Custom (recommended)
2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.
If this folder doesn’t exist you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.

Hope this helps.
Regards 8Themes Team.
I already did all those steps and I couldn’t.
Hello,
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will add pre-created translation files of the theme and Core plugin on your site, as described here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ https://prnt.sc/gPVXtMPM4p0f
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Does the translation have to be done manually?
Hello,
You need to continue translation of the theme and Core manually via Loco translate. You do not need to translate all strings, just texts that are visible on the frontend.
Translate the parent theme. The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in child theme that includes localization functions.
