The site is crash.. now idea what is the problem

Hi,

wish you a great day, I have a problem with my theme and I don’t know how to deal with it, I contacted hosting although with elements if you have any way to solve it or suggestions please let me know ( please check the URL )

Hello,

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Also, check server error log.
Let us know results.

Hello,

Go to XStore > Sales Booster > disable Fake Sale Popup.
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Hello,

Thanks for wp-admin access, it works.
I’ve disabled “Fake Sale Popup” so the fatal error disappears, but to check the problem more deeply and fix it our dev team should get asses to files > We need FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port). Please contact your hosting provider and ask about FTP access to files of your WP installation.
