The frontend does not show the header that I edit in the backend.
When I go to Edit Header, I see the correct version. When I publish the page, a different version appears. This is the case after updating to the latest xstore version. I have already switched all plugins off and on. Tested the Elementor experiments. Cleared the cache…etc. what could it be.

    I have the same problem.

I can do everything in customizer but when I click on save it is not visible on the frontend. When I return to the customizer, the modified version remains and the publish button is immediately green. As a sign that I have to publish.

    Hello, @hepart,

    Thanks for using our Theme.

Your site is at maintenance mode and you didn’t share your site access with us so I am unable to check your issue on live.

First, go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > disable this option. Clear cache and check the frontend after that.

If your issue is not resolved then please share the Wp-admin access of your site in the private content area with us and if possible share a video of your issue.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @hepart,

I have checked your site and you are using multiple headers, I have just setup header conditions and you can see the correct header now on your website front end please watch the video for better reference: https://streamable.com/bof4k6

For using multiple headers it is necessary to set up header conditions as per your requirements.

For using/creating multiple headers Watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpeXfzNwkOc
