Issue with Image galery on product detail page

    Hi,

    We just noticed an issue on the product detail page with the image gallery.
    Please open the page (Link Private Arera).
    Now click on the product image. The image will now open in large.

    If you now close the picture by clicking on the “X”, it will also be closed. But then it opens again seconds later. It can’t be closed this time.

    The shop can then no longer be operated.

    Hello,

    Edit any page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable

    Hi Rose,

    thank you for the fast answer.

    I disabled the lightbox in Elementor -> website settings and also cleared the cache.

    The problem persists.

    Hello,

    Have you cleared all cache including CDN?
    Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser and CDN, then check one more time. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.

    Hi,

    yes i have cleared all.
    Then as next deactivated other (not XStrore) Plugins.
    The problem still persists.

    https://prnt.sc/gB77ByWgp60p – I’ve disabled WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin and this error was solved, check the lightbox now.
    Contact support of the plugin to get assistance or do not activate it.

    Hi,

    Yes, I did not uninstall the plugin because it is very important for us.

    How can we solve the problem?
    I’ll also check with WP Optimize.
    But I’m sure they’ll say the problem isn’t theirs.

    Hello,

    Check different combinations of settings, to find out what exactly option caused the problem.
    Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

    Hello,

    we only use well-known and popular plugins such as WP-Optimize, Yoast SEO, Wordfence etc. In Germany, even restructuring is mandatory. These are taken care of by Borlabs Cookies and German Market. If your theme doesn’t work with the important plugins, then it’s just plain useless.

    I am now writing and rating this theme at Themeforest.
    I really didn’t like your answer.

    Hello,

    Our theme works fine with popular plugins, but you need to understand that an option in 3rd party plugin may cause a conflict with theme or other plugins. I recommend you check settings of the plugin to find out which option is reason for the problem. Have you tried to do this? Can we do this on your site?
    We always do our best to help our customers, but you just do not listen to our suggestions, unfortunately.

    We’ve activated WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin, and disabled Process JavaScript files option which gives this error – https://prnt.sc/gB77ByWgp60p
    The lightbox works fine now.

    Hello,

    I work in online marketing for customers and therefore work with many different themes.

    Yours is the best in looks and has many features too.
    Nevertheless, we rarely buy your theme because it causes the most problems.
    Example: We bought about 10 licenses from you. for others well over 100. For me it is unnecessary time to constantly search for errors. You are right, of course there can be conflicts in interaction with your theme and a plugin. There are themes where I haven’t had a conflict in 5 years.

    That’s just a side note. As I said, your theme looks great and has many great features.

    However, the problems with your theme are not that common anymore. So overall you are on the right track.

    I have the suspicion that the function of reducing the size of images from WP Optimize in combination with your theme feature leads to the conflict.

    You are welcome to look.
