Looks like the problem is with Elementor Pro plugin… I deactivate it and now is working. What should I do?
Hello,
Thanks for using our theme.
Activate the Elementor Pro plugin, clear all cache, record a video of problems, and provide it here.
Also, provide temporary FTP access, then I will be able to pass the problem to our dev team. If you do not know how to create FTP, contact your hosting provider, they will help you.
Regards
Ok, done
Thanks,
Luis
