How to change size of products images on catalog

I see that there is an option to change the size of the product images in the catalog however if I change the size values, the images in the catalog do not change at all. In the attached image you can see I set the ratio to 1:1 (square) but the images are not squared shaped, they remain the same.

Hello,

Our dev team works on this, the problem occurred after the latest WooCommerce update. As a temporary solution, downgrade WC version – https://prnt.sc/WmgZCxSSRDMP https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/
Then settings https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ will work fine.
