Blog image sizes not changing from blog layout page

    For some reason changing “Image sizes for blog” and “Image sizes for related articles” do not seem to have any effect.

    Any ideas please.

    Hello,

    Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
    wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    I am living with it, as all it does for me is to increase the sharpness of the images. This is what I want.
