I have been setting up the AMP plugin on my staging site and have already come up against a few issues which i hope you can help with.

    1. Critical issue error on all pages except homepage. The footer has been replaced by this error message.

    2. On homepage under ‘Product Categories’, an uncategorized category is showing up first in the list. This is hidden on main site and mobile site but in AMP I can’t get rid of it. I tried to re-arrange the categories so at least it appeared last in the list but it doesn’t seem to work.

    3. No options showing on product pages – i.e. sizes/colours & there is no ‘add to cart’ so customers cannot choose options or buy any products.

Could you please look at this for me. as it is on a staging site it needs login details which I have put in private content, Thanks, Debbie

    Hello, @DebbieC,

When trying to access your site, It is asking for the Authentication Access: https://postimg.cc/47W9Fp1z

    &

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hi,

I did say in my email that it needs a login, which i provided in the private content area so you can see exactly what the problems are.

This is a staging site, so access has been password protected. Please see again the details attached.

    Please contact administrator

    Hello, @DebbieC,

I have already tried with those Credentials and those were not working for me, but now it’s working.

Well on the desktop version the site is working fine and with no issue.
And on a real mobile device, the issue persists.

So as I requested to you in my last reply: Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then.

I also need your site WP Admin Login and CPanel or FTP Credentials as well as listed in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic.

    WP Admin URL:
    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

    Cpanel URL:
    Cpanel Username:
    Cpanel Password:

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Regards 8Themes Team.
