Hi,
we are about to run our website live in next two days but we faced with a issue about embeded slider module and custom carousel module. When i set it on the page i just see an empty area with spining circle or arrows (depends of the settings) This issue starts appearing after updating to the last theme version. Any idea how to fix it urgent? Thanks in advance
Hello, @nmatricn,
Please go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization and turn OFF the “Disable Theme Swiper Js Library” from there, save changes and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Thanks for a fast reply. This option was already in OFF mode. Any other idea?
Hello, @nmatricn,
I see, then I have to check it on your site, but first, please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.
I also need your site WP Admin Login and CPanel or FTP Credentials as well as listed in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic.

Hello, @nmatricn,
I see, Please try to follow the instructions written in the official documentation of the WP Rocket plugin under the section “Find a Solution” and I am sure it will help you in finding the option causing the issue on your site: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/106-my-site-is-broken#solution
