Product Descriptions Incorrect & Won’t Update

Hi,

Most of the listings on my website were created from a duplicated product so speed. From there I changed the individual product details as required.

However, I have noticed the product description in the front end is still the one from the initial duplicated product, and not the one in the editor. No matter what I do, the listing in the front end continues to show the wrong product description.

Can you please help.

Hello, @Ffoot,

The issue you are facing is because those products had been created using the page builder and now you are trying to change the description from the classic editor of WordPress which does not work.

You have to Install the Plugin page builder on your site that you used for the products and then allow the products to be edited with that particular page builder like showing below:

After that again go to Wp-Dashboard >> Products and edit the product using the page builder, change the description with the page builder, save changes and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
