    Hi again

    See we recently discovered an issue with the mobile version that doesn’t happen with the PC version

    The problem is that we cannot click on the products to consult or to add them to the basket, if there is not a product in each column.

    the page is made up of rows and each row by 3 columns, one product per column, if there are all three products we can browse and add to the basket

    I attach the url of the site so that you can reproduce it, but it only happens in the mobile version, in the computer version it works correctly.

    If in columns of 3 products it works correctly, the problem is in the columns that there are only 2 products or 1 product, for example, we cannot visit them or add them to the shopping cart

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Hello, the problem seems to be caused by the WPBakery connector, I disabled this option and we can now interact with these products.

    It is clear that it must be this connector since it seems like an error in how the columns are distributed in the mobile version. if there is no product in each column it is as if you overlap everything in one column they start on the right

    It is clear that it must be the way in which the objects are organized since there is no problem in the computer version, if the problem was with some connector it would also reproduce this error in the computer format

    Can you please let me know which WP Bakery connector are you talking about? Which option and from where you have been disabled?

    Hello, @david,

    I have debugged your issue in every possible way and found that if there are multiple columns in a row and only one column have content and the rest of the column are empty then the content not clickable.

    I have again checked all the plugins I delete the WP Bakery plugin and install it again but the issue is not resolved. Then I fix your issue using custom CSS code. I set the z-index on the content so that it will appear above and be clickable now.
