1.. Actually for the footer image issue I have already replied to you on another topic of yours “333234” please check our response on it.

2.. To configure the Polulang plugin please read this article to understand how you can set up the plugins and use it on your site: https://polylang.pro/doc/installation/

Your issue has been solved please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache, I have added the Custom CSS in Theme Settings to solve your issue.
