Hello, @slw250@hotmail.com,
Alright, I have understood your issue. I have checked your site shop page and there is no sub-category appearing, all the products are appearing on the shop page, just perfect. I have made a video for you kindly watch it complete for a better reference: https://streamable.com/ocrkqc and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
Regards 8Themes Team.
I can see on shop page it is not showing sub categories but if you click on any category on main menu it will show the sub categories. I do not want sub categories which click on any category. How can i do it, Please see the screen shot

am I missing something?
Please Help
Hello,
Mentioned settings are default and come from WooCommerce plugin. They work independently of the theme, so we would recommend you to contact the support of WooCommerce.

We have another website and using your theme it showing the product only on category page please check the screen shot

Let me know what you think
Hello,
Same hierarchy is there?
Please check how this works with the default WC theme – Storefront.
It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme.
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.
Regards
