Hi, I’ve translated the strings for the theme and the core plugin with Loco Translate, but doesn’t appear on the frontend or just partly. A lot of translations remained in English. Please take a look.
Hello, @Dorian,
Can you please let me know the words and the translation of those words and also please share the URL of the page having those words?
And I need your site WP Admin URL and Credentials as well in the private content area of this topic so that I’ll check and help you out further.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello Awais, thanks for your reply. You can see the issue for example here: https://primebutor.webgrow.hu/termekkategoria/ulogarniturak/
The category filter on the left says “+4 more”, the dropdown on the top right corner says “Show”, if you click on BEJELENTKEZÉS which is account login in the header section, the username and password labels are in English, and the whole checkout process is partly in English.
I’ve created an admin user account for you, the credentials are in the private content area.
Hello,
Do you use server cache or CDN? Try to clear all cache.
If this doesn’t help, update the theme and plugin and provide FTP access then.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
Regards
Hi, I don’t use CDN and cache is cleared. Also theme and core plugin are updated to the latest version. The issue still exists. Please find FTP credentials in the private content area.
Hello,
I do not see the translation of the theme and Core on your site. Did you remove it? Why? Do you have a backup to put translation files back?
Regards
Yes, it must have been because of the theme and plugin update. I made a restore from a previous backup. Check now.
We can’t log in to the Dashboard now. Please provide correct access.
Regards
ah, sorry, the restore…. Try now pls
Credentials are in the private content area.
You placed translation to the author directory instead of the System or Custom. That’s why it was removed after the theme/plugin update.
I’ve changed the location of files.
Please clear cache and check the translation now. You should be able to find and translate strings.
Regards
Thanks, but it didn’t help. The main issue remained: a bunch of strings are translated, but hasn’t got any effect on the frontend. Check please for example: Username or email* string at the my account login sliding bar. It has a translation in xstore core plugin language file, but on the frontend it is in English.
Check now https://prnt.sc/Y7CHCrXW-uQK > https://prnt.sc/_JGSUXNqsxPd

It’s good now, thanks. Let me check the rest and get back to you.
Yes, here are screenshots – https://prnt.sc/D-DId1Poe6Ky https://prnt.sc/0WpZJLpJwWEl Please clear the cache of your browser.

Hello, it works smoothly now. What caused the problem?
Hello,
Mentioned strings were translated for WC plugin, but not for the Core and theme.
Also, it was a cache issue.
