Photo disappeared - by maurocharello - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,
some days the theme has stopped groovy photos in cata. If you visit http://garman.it/product-category/palloni/ for example you do not see any more photos.
The thing is strange because the same site cloned here http://garman.it/product-category/palloni/ works perfectly.

Any idea?
They may have changed some settings to the server?

Hello,

As I see you use old version of IDstore theme. Please update to the latest.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
After updating theme please update WooCommerse plugin too.

Unfortunately the update did not change anything. I also updated wordpress but has not had any effect.

We’ve changed permissions for Uploads folder to ‘777’. Now images look good. Check it.
