How can I get only those categories which has products on sale?

Hello,

I’ve created a product category “sale” and every product that is on_sale
is automatically assigned to the sale category. The problem is that on the sales page all categories are shown instead of only those that are on sale:

The filter section does show the correct values. My question is:How can I get only those categories which has products on sale?
Home > Shop>Sale>[product category]

Hello,

Our theme or WooCommerce plugin does not have filter by category widget. There is only the Product categories list widget. If you need filter by categories you need to look for the third-party filter plugin that has such filer widget.
