Brand Filter does not show any product - by AZ Medien

    Hello,

    i use the Brand Filter on the product category pages in the sidebar. The count is displayed correctly, but when I click on the brand, these products are not displayed.

    I have already tried to save the permalinks again, but that did not work either.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    Go to Settings > Permalinks > set the Post name instead of the Plain permalinks type.
    If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin access.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.
    1/ Try to go to WooCommerce > Status > Regenerate the product attributes lookup table > regenerate all the products and check. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Brands transients > Clear.
    2/ try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    3/ Check if your custom changes in the child theme are not the reason for the problem.
    Let us know the results.

    Hello,

    thank you.

    I have made a copy of the website at https://shop.a-z-webdesign.de/ (the access data are the same). There I deactivated the child theme, deactivated all plugins that do not belong to the theme and adjusted the settings under Status. Unfortunately, the result is the same as before.

    Hello,

    Fixed. Please check now.
    Don’t use brand slug for the brand attribute https://prnt.sc/ghG7tYchDzp8 because it conflicts with the Brands functionality. Use any other slug, for example https://prnt.sc/8H2BwRtwzky5
