Version 2.2 update Issue - by luke9270 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi there
    I updated to the version 2.2 and error codes showed,,so I get back and upload the 2.1 version again,now the woocommerce is not working,For example,the up sell and cross sell didn’t function,and some widgets are not showing too….May I have to clear up the wholesale Theme fire and uploead a new one ??
    Could u please help check it on my site ??

    Hello,

    The problem was you didn’t select Sidebar position in Theme Options > Single Product Page. As you can see you have “Location of upsell products” set in Sidebar, so you had to choose sidebar position. Also cross-sell products are also displayed on the Cart page.
    Please check.

    And I found some more issues :
    1.My cart page content is messed up
    2. quantity select(right left) arrow isn’t showing,but I can click it and the “back to top” icon isn’t showing too

    Could pls help deal with them ?

    Hello,

    I’ve disabled sidebar for Cart page in admin panel > Pages > Cart page, on the right side you’ll see Page Layout tab > Sidebar position > Without Sidebar.
    Seems the images have been corrupted while you were uploading the theme files.
    I advise you to reupload the images to wp-content/themes/legenda/images/ from the legenda archive.
    They are located in legenda folder > images.

    I reupload it and the arrows are not showing right,I’m afraid that something‘s wrong with my browsers.. and I checked it on another computer,the quantity selection arrow is showing up and down,not right and left …..

    I’ve reuploaded the images of arrows and they are showing correctly on my side.
    Please check the site with some other browser.

    The quantity selecting arrows are showing,but the “back to top” and the arrow on the slider are still not showing

    I’ve reuploaded the images. Please clear all cache folders and disable cache plugins to check it.

    Do you mean the whole cache folder under the wp-content or the folders under the Cache folder ??
