    Hello, @Artur,

Could you please resave the menu and check back again after removing the cache if the issue will still persists then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials and also the Cpanel Login details in the private content area of this topic so that we will check it for you on your site.

Okay, do you need access to the site’s admin area as an administrator?

For translations, I use PolyLang, so I need the menu settings to be the same as in the first screen Screen 1
But on the Xstore theme, it looks different, you can see it on the second screen Screen 2

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

Well, I read and watched the video, but I didn’t understand how to make the conditions for it to be displayed differently in different languages, maybe you can make one on my site (I already gave the data) and shoot it on the video so that I can watch and understand how it can be done in my case

    Hello,

We can’t access the Dashboard with the access you provided.
Go to Header Builder > Multiple headers > create new header set it for Entire site and select the language, then edit this custom header > menu element settings > select menu.

    Regards

The problem with the menu is solved, I found how to do it, thank you, but there is a problem with the Footer, it is made in a Static block, and it cannot be changed through Elementor, you can only change it on the admin panel and only through the usual WordPress editor, can you tell me how to change the Footer convenient and how to make it for different languages

As I understand the footer is displayed as a widget, but how to change it through Elementor or through the Xstore editor?

The site gave you the administrator role, now you can go to the dashboard and check everything

    Hello,

You need to enable Elementor for static blocks – https://prnt.sc/cbwitR-P02Au , also read this article https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/cant-edit-footer-static-block-using-elementor/
