Hello,
I was making some changes on the website in regards to the floating menu.
And suddenly the website is not working and stuck on the loading screen.
I cannot even access the WordPress backend.
Can you tell me on what I can do to resolve this issue?
Does the initial setup numbers (which the PHP had to be setup) or something like that have anything to do with this?
Thanks for your help!
It was called “Server requirements” when Installing the website.
Could that be the cause? I need it make it higher than it is right now?
Thanks for the help!
Hello, @TFS,
When I tried to access your site it is giving a 504 Gateway Time-out error: https://postimg.cc/Mvb6ndLL
And that error does not belong to our theme but to your server, please read the below-listed articles and try to reach out to your hosting provider to fix this issue for you on your site.

Hello Tony,
Thanks!
I actually deleted some plugins and it seems to be working on my side.
Can you check if its working on your end?
I deleted the plugin “Super cache”
Could this be the reason on why the website was not working?
Also, should I make the system requirements (which are inputted during the theme setup) any higher?
Thanks for any advice!
Hello, @TFS,
Actually, “WP Super cache” plugin is for the cache system,s, and a little bit of optimization option is available in it. Currently, your site speed score is this: https://postimg.cc/QV6hTQzX as you can see I have underlined the necessary things to optimize in order to increase the speed score of your site. Now, to do this you can use the WP Rocket plugin it is compatible with our theme and it has the option to optimize and minify the CSS, and Js code also it helps in the cache system with optimizing the images as well. Here is the documentation of this how it works with our theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/ I hope it helps to understand better.
Yes, You can increase the system requirement higher by contacting your service provider of yours, it will also improve the performance of your site.

Hello Tony,
Thanks! So the cache plugin is basically needed and is not the cause.
I will the rocket plugin to improve the speed.
In regards to the system requirements, I can change the value to make it higher. I remember that there was 2 places to put the values in (when setting up the theme)
Do you have a number in mind on what I should use?
Thanks!
Hello, @TFS,
1- Thanks for your understanding.
2- Basically, these are our theme requirements please make sure that all are ticked with green on your site: https://postimg.cc/DmZLLKgR you can check them from the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Dashboard >> Server Requirements.
Further, you can read this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
