Problem with Database establishing connection – please check cpanel – new theme xstore

Hellp, I talked yesterday with your colleague and he told me to give acces to cpanel, but didnt have the credentials, so i want to give it to you now, because it appeares often on website charrierparfums.ro the database error connection.
I will let the cpanel user and pass and wordpress

This is what my programmer said :
You say that you have found that when the ajaxify option is used, errors appear with max connections

and when that option was deactivated, the errors disappeared

this is the error:

Error when establishing a database connection
This means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or that we were unable to establish a connection to the server containing the database at localhost. Probably the database server of your hosting service is not working.

Thanks for providing me the requested access, I have just checked your site now and it is working perfectly fine, and there is no such error on your site frontend or backend.

If you think that this error has gone because you turned OFF any option then please let me know about that option and also provide me the screenshot so that I’ll check it by activating that option again on your site.
