Yellowpencil plugin and elementor dosnt work

Hi Support
after I edited with yellow pencil, elementor doesn’t work
I edited the products with yellowpencil.
I can still edit the pages with elementor, but not the products

Hello, @Jozef,

Yes, You cannot edit the products with Elementor because Elementor and Yellowpencil both are different builders and once you created/edited the products with Yellowpencil then you cannot edit those products with Elementor you have to start from scratch by adding products again manually and edit them with Elementor. So that on your site the product works and appears fine without any issues.

And Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue will persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then in that case you have to reach out to Yellow Pencil or Elementor support to fix it for you with the default WordPress theme and then it will automatically work with our theme as well.
