    Thank you for your support. Unfortunately I am still having the same errors when trying to activate after clearing site and browser cache.

    cURL error 60: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘www.8theme.com’

    API request call error. Common problem caused by SSL certificate. Please check it here. Contact your server provider in case your certificate does not exist or has some errors.

    Hello,

    Contact your hosting provider and ask to check the SSL certificate, also ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.54
    To activate the theme your site should be able to make requests to our server and get a response.
    Let us know the result.
