Hello, can you tell me how to translate the SALE text above the product image
Hello,
We do not see the problem on your site – https://prnt.sc/vaXXRV6XzNHU https://prnt.sc/bU1laX8vOXXY
Regards
in russian version note translate
the text is only in Armenian, how to make a translation for the Russian version of the site?
Hello,
Check if the “Sale” text is translated using Loco translate for the theme and Core plugin. Clear cache and temporarily disable CDN. Check the result. If this doesn’t help, contact the support of PolyLang plugin
Regards
The problem is that this text is written here (seen in the screenshot) and since it is an input, neither LocoTranslate nor PolyLang can do anything, there is no code written on your theme that would add it to translations, so the problem is in the theme side, and plugins don’t change the translation here, I need to solve this problem, or I need to do something so that I can write a shortcode there, if the shortcode works, then I can make a shortcode with text translation. If the problem was in PolyLang, then translation through Loco Translate should have worked, but it does not work
Hello,
We did not get reports about this problem from other our customers. XStore is compatible with PolyLang, but we do not provide support for it, because it is 3rd party plugin. Please read this article https://polylang.pro/doc/my-theme-provides-a-wpml-config-xml-but-nothing-appears-in-the-strings-translation-table/ – and ask about further assistance from the plugin side.
Loco translate allows to translate the site into 1 language but mentioned “Sale” text you edit/translate/change via Customizer, so ask for assistance from the PolyLang side, as was mentioned.
I hope for your understanding.
Regards
Okay, I have another ticket, which has not been answered for 2 days, you can answer me there and help solve another problem
Okay.
Have a nice day!
Regards
