Old changes still visible although changes are made

Hi,

Somehow there is something strange going on with the Xstore theme. We have changed for example the heaader menu and the topbar. https://gyazo.com/c0f787646eb44abf5c4668d1916fccb0 but changes wont go live, only in the backend editor. https://gyazo.com/0aab92213c17a4d482422d6f3c1cc008

Also the banner wont change. looks like its cached but we have deleted all possible caches. Went icognito but still see the old version. Any idea how this is possible?

Please update the theme and Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Go to Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit the Custom header
