Disable options in Sales booster do not work

I try to disable some option of my sales booster but it shows always fake sale popup and request quote.
Furthermore I would disable the button on the bottom right to scroll my home page up but I don’t find how i can do it

1. In order to solve your issue please go to XStore >> Dashboard >> Sale Booster >> and there disable Fake Sale Popup and Request Quote. See the images for a better reference:

2. In order to solve your issue please go to Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Footer >> Back to top button and there disable the options as per your needs: See the image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/2q09mcDy

Hi,
for the second point is ok. Thanks alot

About the first point i disabled fake sale popup but nothing is changed.
Futhermore I do not arrive to disable the request quote too

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the Cpanel login access and WP admin login details to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.
