Hi,
I have seen other people ask: how to disable Newsletter pop up?
I have tried going through Theme Options > Header > Newsletter > and then no actual “disable” option.
I did try setting the block to “none” but a pop up still appears as an empty dark overlay on website with a “X” symbol to close it.
In other words this has not disabled the pop up, only removed the contents of the pop up and left a opaque black background on top of my website.
In case this is useful: I use Elementor on this site. The version that came with the theme.
Please help! Thanks in advance I love the theme! It’s my second time buying it.
Hello, @tkwongp,
Please try to completely remove that Newsletter element from the Header and check back your site after removing the cache, hope this will solve your issue, and if not then please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me here, in the private content area of this topic, so that I will further check it for you on your site and help you out.

Thank you for the reply.
I don’t know how to remove the newsletter element from header. Do you mean in the PHP theme files?
I have shared in private my login info.
Thank you for the help!
Hello, @Tkwongp,
Go to Header builder > delete Newsletter element from the header content, as on screenshots from the Private Content area.
Regards
