Theme stops working when i click add to cart button from shop page

Pls help me urgently. I have followed the instruction using the documentation and video tutorial yet i still can’t get the theme to work correctly. The whole site goes blank with some funny looking background left on the page after i click add to cart button. please help it is very urgent. Thanks
