I already turned on the option in settings that let xtore overwrite the orginal woocommerce email,but the customer still received two emails.

2/ Provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area here.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
3/ What exactly emails are received by customer? Please describe the situation in more detail with screenshots.

I used new register notification email as testing,and I got one email made by xstore email builder

Please do next tests:
1/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
2/ When the Email builder is disabled the problem with 2 emails persists?
When we register – only 1 mail is received – https://prnt.sc/PuzUzKZE3cCq (not from the Builder), so it seems you better understand the situation, so please do mentioned tests and let us know.

After I disable all the third party plugin,it works successfully. But those 3rd party plugin are also necessary to my website,how can I do for next?
You need to find out which exactly plugin caused the problem (when all plugins are disabled, enable them one by one and check).
Then contact the support of that plugin.
Also, let us know the plugin name, we will check from our side also.
Note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Thanks for letting us know.
Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront.
It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else.
Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Then test and let us know the result.
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

” I don’t really understand how to move the widgets before switching” – not move, just open https://lady***a.com.tw/wp-admin/widgets.php page before activation other theme and pin it, after doing tests and activation XStore back, go to Widgets page in a new window and compare content on widgets area. In case some widgets changed their positions, you will be able to set them as it was in the pinned tab.

It means the situation is independent of the theme, so our theme support can’t help, unfortunately.
