Payment Gateway error due to a filter in the theme

    Hi,
    The payment gateway support team faces this issue when they test the checkout. They say that the problem isn’t related to them; it’s related to the theme.

    Also, the contact us button disappeared on both versions (English and Arabic) despite that it’s added properly in both menus (Main Menu and Arabic Main Menu).

    Hello, @Mina Adel,

    1. First of all, I can see you are using the old version of the theme 8.3.3 and the very latest version of the theme is 8.3.5, so please update your theme and the core plugin to the very latest version and check back.

    If after that the issue will still persist then please try to check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not?

    I’ve changed the theme to the 2023 basic theme, and I still see an error while paying for a product.

    Hello, @Mina Adel,

    Yeah, that is the main point, If the issue still persists with the default WordPress Theme as well, then it means the issue is independent of our theme, in that case, you have to contact the plugin Author or WooCommerce for it and they will help you in solving this issue, once the issue will be fixed with the default WordPress theme then it will automatically work with our theme as well.
