Cart Page – Adding Blocks On The Top & Bottom Of The Pages

Hello,

Can the cart page be edited?
For example can anything be added to the top section and bottom section of the cart page?

Such as adding customer reviews, payment badges etc.

I am using Elementor.

Is there any 3rd party plugin to edit the cart page?
I found some that edit the checkout page, but nothing as of yet for the cart page.

Hello,

Edit the Cart page, add content before and after the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
