YouTube thumbnail not showing in wordpress editor

I am having trouble displaying a thumbnail when editing wordpress entries.
When I add a YT movie, it’s okay until I click “embed”. Then the link should turn into a thumbnail – and that doesn’t happen.

I noticed that the problem does not occur after I disable the XStore Core plugin.
What should I do?

Hello,

Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

We cant connect still. Is there any restriction by ip or something else?
The problem with the video element was passed to our dev team, and they will check it on our test site. I will let you know once we find a solution. Please be patient.

Please go to Theme Settings -> Speed Optimization -> Disable Embeds -> Off, and wait for the next theme update.
