Hi,
I have installed YITH Woocommerce Product Add-ons Premium v3.2.1, in the plugin it is set not to show any more images than the set ones. But initially it shows an empty tumbnail, as soon as I select one of your attributes it shows the default product image and after selecting the colour (standard WordPress attribute) it shows the colour images. The problem, however, is that the images are shown double. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/12489171?key=071f8bdba0f6a7a9a795c8c84e398d9c
Ajax add to cart is switched off, but the problem is still present.
I would also like to know whether it is possible to set more than one image per variant by intengineering the theme with the plugin (as is the case in Woocommerce gallery).
How can I fix this problem?
Thank you
Kind regards
Hello,
Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
If you want to have a variation gallery, you do not need to use additional plugins, there is an option in our theme (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product Page > Variation gallery).
We’ve checked your product and do not see a duplication of images on frontend – https://gyazo.com/19a0f915e0182e9cf39652cbf57e2e0c
About the empty thumbnail, you can select Default Form Values in settings of product and check then – https://prnt.sc/7PKMmHFi8mxa , or contact the support of the plugin and ask for assistance from their side.

Hello,
Yes, I know I can add gallery variations, I have done that. The problem is that having 3 attributes, 1 of which affects the price I have to make up to 70 variations and for each one add the price and photos. I cannot say “put price X for all products, excluding attribute Y”. With the plugin I can shorten this significantly by using rules. In addition I can put a product as an extra.
I don’t think there is a way to do this without adding the plugin. Is there?
Thank You
Hello,
In this case, you can contact support of the plugin, maybe they will be able to assist you.
Or contact the support of WooCommerce, and ask for advice on how to achieve the desired result in another way.
Regards
Ok, thank you.
