hello, I am trying to add cart reports and it says that my wooocmmerece templates are outdated. Can someone be of some assistance?
Thanks!
Hello, @Jeanice,
There is no template of the WooCommerce in our theme which is outdated, I have checked it on my test site and you can see its all updated: https://postimg.cc/67WQFMYP
Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Core plugin and also make sure that you are not using any Customization code, and also please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Hello,
Be attentive, don’t post private information out of the Private content area because it will be visible to all the users of the forum. Only content that you place in Private content is visible to the support staff only, so I’ve edited your reply and moved access to the Private area.
https://prnt.sc/6rhgGL73RcR2 – please provide the code.

thanks for that, I allowed access.
Go to WooCommerce > Status > scroll to the bottom to Templates, you will see that outdated files come from the old theme version https://prnt.sc/FVKHL9JDEUmH
In Appearance > Themes > we can see child theme is activated, but also 3 parent themes https://prnt.sc/Ur3GBqxT7vye
You are using the old theme version still, you need to solve it.
Regards
how do I fix this?
can someone assist?
Provide FTP access, please. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
Also, do a full backup just in case.
How did you do the theme updating? Why do you have 3 parent themes? Did you read our dosc – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Regards
please see private content – you cant do any of the changes on staging?
not too sure why there is three – I do the updating through the dashboard.
We can’t connect FTP, unfortunately. Please check the FTP password.

this should work.
We can’t connect to FTP, unfortunately. Please check FTP Host, FTP username, FTP pass, and FTP port. Try to connect by yourself.

I got in…please use the new password
I was not able to connect, so I have edited style.css file of the child theme via File Manager plugin on your site, this https://prnt.sc/x6paSnSkqdt4 was changed to https://prnt.sc/dQCNm71hbkCa . Please check your site now, the child theme is activated and it works with the latest version of the parent XStore theme.
Go to WooCommerce > Status > Templates, messages about outdated files have disappeared.
Regards
you did it on staging?
