Hi i have renew the support and it still not allows me to activate the theme on another site

hi i have renew the support and it still not allows me to activate the theme on another site
i have paid 41$ again so i can use the theme on another site but it still not let me activate it. i want my money back very soon or help me understand how to fix it please

“Support” means the possibility get help from our support team, not new activation. Please read about support here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/support/
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.
Is your old site live or was closed? If it was closed and the theme was deleted from there, let us know, and we will check it so you will be able to activate XStore on a new site.

hi. yes, the the old site was deleted long time ago. i dont use this theme on any other website. please let me know what we do next. i want to install the theme on new website. and it will be the only website that use this theme
