How to configure user registration setup?

I’m sorry but I can’t find were or how users register an account. I went into woocommerce and looked throughout it then went into wordpress and made sure allow user registration was checked and nothing shows up. Am I missing something here? I just found the plugin on woocomerces website for customers and wholesalers and it 50.00?
