Custom tab not showing content inside tab

I created a custom tab and the information inside isn’t showing.

Its showing here and other products but not these 2 specifically.

Could you provide wp-admin access and temporarily disable cache plugin?

I tried to log in to your site but it requires an authentication code as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/KRrFz0px Can you please be so kind and disable the security for a while until I will check your issue once I replied back to you then you can again activate the security on your site.
