Produkt Page error – element runs too deep down

    hello all,

    I have created my product page with the product builder.
    everything works great except for one function…
    When I want to set elements sticky.

    I have section two set to sticky to section 1

    the element should only run up to the tabs, but unfortunately it continues to run over the entire product description…
    I think I have an error here..

    Can we fix this so it doesn’t run across the product description…. It is supposed to run only to the end of the gallery images….
    I have now deactivated it in the cutomizer…

    Hello, @Oliver Theiß,

    Your provided WP Admin Login details are not correct/working.

    Could you please share the correct/working Login details of the site?
    And also the page URL of the product having the issue.

    And if possible please share the small video clip of the issue as well, so that I will check accordingly and will assist you.

    Hi Tony,

    it actually happens on every product page when i enable sticky for the element in pagbuilder. but that should actually work…. In your demos it doesn’t run over the product description tab either…

    yes… of course….. it is unfortunately not as easy as it used to be

    when you’re in via FTP:
    you can also look at what the second error is:
    if I include categories in the cutomizer for the search, it does not work. If I select a category..the search mask closes and you can not do anything.

    1/ Thank you for the details.
    There is no ready solution, unfortunately.
    We tried to do that, but currently, it can be done only via bad code practice, unfortunately, which we don’t want to do. We’ll inform you once we find a good solution for the mentioned issue, but it won’t be fast.

    ello Rose,

    thank you for your quick feedback.

    To 1/…see screenshot to avoid misunderstandings.
    I mean this function in the screenshot. That should be sticky but actually only sticky to the end of the gallery or? is it because of my version that it does not work like this?

    2/ i will make a video later…

    3/ I have a question about the product tabs on the product page … would it be possible to set it so that all are closed. and in the first tab is an arrow pointing down?

    I have seen it in others in the online store and think about whether it is better
