    Hello, @don,

    Could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty three, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not? This is Dokan plugin default functionality and our theme does not have any influence on it, it seems the default issue of the Dokan plugin. So please once check and confirm, if the issue will still persist with the default WordPress theme as well, then it will make sure that the issue is not with our theme, and in that case I suggest you to try to reach out to Dokan plugin support on this.

    i already speak with dokan support the problem is in the select category that pop up behind add product pop up in vendor dashboard so they told me after check my project the problem is in the xstore theme

    Ok, then please confirm it as well by following the above-given instructions, please check it once by activating the default WordPress theme and let me know the result and please take the complete backup of your site first, before doing this to avoid any inconvenience.

    no results even i activate the default wp theme and i already have the backup so feel free to do a check up

    Hello, @don,

    Ok I see, so that makes it clear that the issue is independent of our theme, the issue is purely from the MultiVendor plugin you are using on your site (Dokan), so I suggest you to please reach out to the plugin support and let them know about this issue as once it will be fixed with the default WordPress Theme, it will automatically work fine with our theme as well.
