Hi, I have imported the Xstore configuration to another domain that will be in another language and it has imported a block in the header builder that is not in the original site that I can’t delete or modify in any way. I don’t know if you can help me with this, thanks.
Hello, @Estudio EntreDos,
Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hi all the plugins are deactivated and the issue persists. 🙁
Hello, @Estudio EntreDos,
Please turn OFF the iTheme Security plugin and Elementor Pro too and then check back, If the issue will still persist then please try to change your site’s PHP version to 7.4 and check back and let me know the result.

Hi, the issue persists, there is no plugin activated only Xstore Core and Woocommerce, and PHP 7.4 running 🙁
Hi you must to entry now with this access, we migrate the domains.
Sorry I deactivate the license in temporal domain, I,m trying to activate in new domain and I can´t, say me is only for one project but is deactivated from the other.
Hello,
To fix the problem, you need to reset the header content (via Theme Options > Header builder > Reset header builder) and then add elements again. You will not lost settings of elements, just need to set elements to desired positions after the reset.

Ok thanks so I will do it, I didn’t know that option was there.
By the way about the license issue, if I deactivate it in a domain under construction, why can’t I activate it later in the definitive domain?
I have used a license that I had free, but I would like to use it in the future for another project.
Thank you.
Hello,
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.
” if I deactivate it in a domain under construction, why can’t I activate it later in the definitive domain” – please provide your purchase code, so we can check activations.
“I have used a license that I had free, but I would like to use it in the future for another project.” – what do you mean by “free”?
Regards
Hi Rose, this is the code I was using in temporal domain.
The free license is a puchased license that I was not using in any project yet.
By the way I was able to solve the header issue, thank you very much for the help 🙂
