Problem with email builder of xstore theme.

    When activating the email builder it is sending demo email but when activating developer mode and customising the email as per our need and saving it is not sending that customised email but it is sending the woocommerce default email and i want that customised email to be sent to the customers please help me to set that customised email to the default email so that whenever the customers can recieve good quality email.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
    We have “developer mode” option for the moments when you have real orders on your web-site and want to send your customers old emails (not broken new ones ) while you are building new emails with our builder.
    This option is recommended to use while you are creating your emails with builder and if you are ready to test them you may just switch off the developer option.

    I have tried but it’s not working when we off the developer mode the email which is sent to customer is dummy mail of xstore theme please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    1/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
    Let us know the result.
    2/ What exact type of emails did you test? Because we do not see the problem – https://prnt.sc/3cearDdHsSJs
